Our Story
Every great structure begins with a strong foundation, and so does every great chapter.
In March 2026, a group of passionate construction professionals came together with a shared vision: to create a thriving community that would support, connect, and empower women throughout Northeast Florida's construction industry. From that vision, NAWIC Northeast Florida Chapter 402 was born.
What started as a small group of dedicated industry leaders quickly grew into a vibrant chapter committed to professional development, leadership, mentorship, and meaningful relationships. Representing every corner of the construction industry—from the trades and engineering to project management, business development, architecture, and beyond—our members are united by a common goal: building a stronger future for our industry.
As a newly chartered chapter, we are excited about the opportunities ahead. We are creating connections, opening doors, developing leaders, and establishing a lasting impact throughout Northeast Florida.
This is more than the beginning of a chapter. It's the beginning of a community built to support one another, celebrate achievements, and inspire the next generation of construction professionals.
